 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline Provides 24/7, free, and confidential support for people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress. You can call or text 988.
SAMHSA National Helpline Call 1-800-662-HELP (4357) for confidential information and referrals for mental health and substance use disorders
FindTreatment.gov A confidential and anonymous resource provided by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). It helps individuals locate treatment facilities for mental and substance use disorders.
National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) The nation's largest grassroots mental health organization. NAMI offers support, education, and advocacy. They can provide resources and information about mental illness and treatment options.
Mental Health America Provides resources for finding mental health providers specializing in various needs, including culturally sensitive services and affordable treatment for those without insurance.
